Business Development Manager

Due to the expansion of our team, we are hiring a Business Development Manager
- 3+ years of IT sales experience;
- Excellent spoken and written English (Fluent);
- Experience selling software solutions, staff augmentation services and development services at the C-level;
- Good understanding of the US and European markets and ability to manage and grow operations there;
- Ability to work independently, build and improve sales process;
- Excellent presentation and communication skills as well as strong influencing and negotiation skills;
- Experience in outbound campaigns and leads acquisition;
- Ability to work within geographically distributed team.
Would be a plus:
- Experience with CRM systems;
- Experience with MS PowerPoint (or similar).
- Accountable for the full-cycle sales process from lead generation to contract close;
- Lead the client acquisition process, identify clients’ real needs and work closely with the technical pre-sales team;
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual quotas;
- Outbound lead acquisition and deals closure;
- Creating selling proposals and customized messages;
- Updating and maintaining company database of qualified leads and manage lead tracking;
- Identifying new prospects and sales opportunities.
