Due to the expansion of our team, we are hiring a Business Development Manager

  • 3+ years of IT sales experience;
  • Excellent spoken and written English (Fluent);
  • Experience selling software solutions, staff augmentation services and development services at the C-level;
  • Good understanding of the US and European markets and ability to manage and grow operations there;
  • Ability to work independently, build and improve sales process;
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills as well as strong influencing and negotiation skills;
  • Experience in outbound campaigns and leads acquisition;
  • Ability to work within geographically distributed team.

Would be a plus:

  • Experience with CRM systems;
  • Experience with MS PowerPoint (or similar).


  • Accountable for the full-cycle sales process from lead generation to contract close;
  • Lead the client acquisition process, identify clients’ real needs and work closely with the technical pre-sales team;
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual quotas;
  • Outbound lead acquisition and deals closure;
  • Creating selling proposals and customized messages;
  • Updating and maintaining company database of qualified leads and manage lead tracking;
  • Identifying new prospects and sales opportunities.
