Business Development Manager
Due to the expansion of our team, we are hiring a Business Development Manager
3+ years of IT sales experience; Excellent spoken and written English (Fluent); Experience selling software solutions, staff augmentation services and development services at the C-level; Good understanding of the US and European markets and ability to manage and grow operations there; Ability to work independently, build and improve sales process; Excellent presentation and communication skills as well as strong influencing and negotiation skills; Experience in outbound campaigns and leads acquisition; Ability to work within geographically distributed team.
Would be a plus:
Experience with CRM systems; Experience with MS PowerPoint (or similar).
Duties:
Accountable for the full-cycle sales process from lead generation to contract close; Lead the client acquisition process, identify clients’ real needs and work closely with the technical pre-sales team; Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual quotas; Outbound lead acquisition and deals closure; Creating selling proposals and customized messages; Updating and maintaining company database of qualified leads and manage lead tracking; Identifying new prospects and sales opportunities.
