Framer developer with SEO knowledge

We’re looking for a Framer-focused web designer who can build high-quality marketing and product pages with purposeful motion, strong UX, and solid SEO foundations. You’ll own pages end-to-end — from layout and animations to performance and conversion improvements — working asynchronously with a distributed European team in a fast-moving startup environment.

• Strong hands-on experience with Framer and production-level websites
• Solid understanding of motion design principles (timing, easing, micro-interactions)
• Good knowledge of SEO fundamentals, including Core Web Vitals, crawlability, and on-page optimisation
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership
• Excellent written communication skills and experience working async

• Experience working on fintech or B2B SaaS websites
• Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Google Search Console, etc.)
• Strong conversion optimisation mindset
• Experience working with Figma and design handoffs

• Design and implement purposeful animations that enhance storytelling and guide users through the product experience
• Build, iterate, and maintain marketing and product pages in Framer
• Optimise site structure, performance, metadata, and content for strong SEO results
• Collaborate asynchronously with a distributed team across Europe
• Proactively identify UX, performance, and conversion improvements and implement solutions independently
