Description

You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver features used in real workflows. Our frontend environment includes SvelteKit, TypeScript, Tailwind, Vite, and modern testing tools. You will have the opportunity to contribute to a structured architecture within a contemporary monorepo setup

Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional experience as a frontend or full-stack engineer
  • Strong understanding of modern web development concepts, including reactivity, component-based design, and performance optimization
  • Proficiency with TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (experience with Svelte is a plus)
  • Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, Tailwind, and attention to clean, consistent UI implementation
  • Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or similar tools
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, pragmatic approach
  • Motivation to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing engineering team
  • Fluency in English

Would be a plus:

  • Hands-on experience with SvelteKit or a strong interest in adopting it
  • Understanding of design systems, component libraries, or UI architecture best practices
  • Familiarity with accessibility guidelines and performance profiling
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Vite, or monorepo tooling

Duties:

  • Implement user-facing features and collaborate with Product and Design to create practical, user-centric solutions.
  • Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the frontend architecture, keeping it modular, scalable, and enjoyable to work with.
  • Participate in code reviews, pairing sessions, and technical discussions with senior engineers to continuously improve code quality.
  • Provide guidance to less experienced engineers, sharing best practices and supporting their professional growth.
  • Assist in the hiring process when needed, including participation in frontend interviews and technical assessments.
  • Engage in the full development lifecycle — from early exploration through production deployment and monitoring.
Benefits
  • A competitive salary and flexible compensation package
  • Flexible working format: remote, office-based, co-working space
  • Professional development tools (mentorship program, tech talks and trainings)
  • Medical insurance
  • Free corporate English classes and speaking clubs with a native speaker
  • Various corporate events
