Node.js + React.js Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Engineer to join a fast-growing product team building advanced solutions for workforce management and communication. The platform provides web and mobile tools that improve accessibility, streamline operations, and deliver high-quality user experiences to thousands of professionals.

• 7+ years of experience in backend or full-stack development.
• Strong expertise with Node.js (Express, Nest.js, or similar frameworks).
• Solid experience with React.js, Redux, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands-on experience with databases: SQL and NoSQL.
• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD processes and Docker.
• Experience working with message queues and distributed systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Previous experience in healthcare, HRTech, or workforce platforms is a plus.b

• Design and implement new product features with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, and security.
• Develop and maintain backend services in Node.js and front-end applications in React/TypeScript.
• Integrate and work with AWS services (S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, Athena, SQS).
• Work with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Contribute to event-driven architecture and message-based systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, etc.).
• Set up CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments (Docker).
• Optimize application performance and ensure smooth user experiences across platforms.
• Collaborate within the team using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
• Support integrations with third-party services.
