Senior UX/UI Designer

Our client is a rapidly growing tech company specializing in healthcare workforce management and communication. • 5 years in UX design, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role, preferably within the healthcare or technology sectors.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX design projects, demonstrating proficiency in creating user-centered designs.
• Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience with user research methodologies, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for articulating design concepts and decisions to various stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to identifying and resolving design challenges.
• Understanding of accessibility principles and guidelines to ensure inclusive design solutions.
• Be open to occasional business trips to the USA for meetings, user research, and collaboration with international teams.

• Lead the UX Design Process from concept to final implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative research to understand user behaviors and needs
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and feasible design implementations.
• Plan and conduct usability tests, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs to enhance user satisfaction and product effectiveness.
• Ensure a consistent and intuitive user experience across all products by adhering to established design systems and standards.
