Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to identify and understand people needs and problems (pain points)
- Coaching skills
- Upper-intermediate English
Duties:
- Building HR processes from scratch: onboarding, adaptation, PDP management, etc.
- Involvement in planning and support of strategic company goals
- Conducting 1×1s, welcome and exit interviews
- Support line managers, providing guidance when appropriate
- Analyzing trends and metrics in partnership
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
- Work with management team to improve work life balance: measure, monitor and improve
- Identification of training needs and conducting basic training for the team
