As a part of the HR & Recruitment team, you will drive the efforts of attracting and hiring qualified candidates that match StrongSD’s needs. You should have a strong recruiting background with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- 2+ years experience in IT recruitment;
- Understanding of full-cycle recruitment process and different recruitment practices;
- Experience in candidate searching, headhunting, interviewing;
- The extensive network of IT contacts and a good understanding of the IT market;
- Good knowledge of general technology stack, platforms, etc;
- Good presentation and negotiation skills;
- Intermediate or higher English level.
- Full life-cycle recruitment from the understanding of vacancy’s requirements, sourcing of candidates, pro-active search, networking, interviewing candidates to negotiating potential offers;
- Cooperation with project managers during recruiting process, counseling managers on candidate selection;
- Job market analyses and reviews;
- Participation in other HR activities.
